What are the shipping options for my weldmate.in order ?
Weldmate.in offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:
  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default option at checkout, and will vary in cost item to item. Weldmate.in reserves the right to choose the shipping method for standard shipping. Your item(s) are typically expected to be shipped within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Availability from our manufacturers may affect this timeframe.
  • Though unlikely, your order may ship in multiple packages so we are able to deliver it faster/safer. Please contact the support team to inquire about split shipments. Weldmate.in reserves the right to choose the method of shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and timely.
  • Express Shipping: Depending on the urgency of the order and shipping destination, you may want to upgrade to Express Delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery®: Standard Next Day deliver on the following business day, not including Saturday & Sunday. If you would like to place an order for ND Delivery, there will be fee associated in addition to the Next Day Air Shipping cost. If an order is needed in an expedited time frame, please contact Weldmate.in Support prior to placing an order to verify availability/lead time.
  • Freight Shipping:
  • Freight orders will be shipped via the most efficient logistics service available. Once an order is ready for pickup a CRC number will be provided via email. This is not the official PRO tracking number. Please contact the support team with your order number and CRC number to obtain the PRO number associated with your shipment. This may take 1-2 business days after a CRC number has been given to generate a PRO number.
  • A reliable phone number and email address must be provided in order to schedule deliveries. Residential addresses must have an appointment scheduled, businesses may not. You must have access to a forklift or similar piece of equipment in order to unload the freight from the trailer. If you do not have access to any equipment, you may purchase forklift/crane Service yourself.
  • Once a delivery is scheduled, the entire freight must be thoroughly inspected PRIOR to accepting. If the shipment shows signs of transit damage, DO NOT accept the freight and have the driver note the damage refusal on the paperwork. Once freight is accepted and signed for, it is the sole responsibility of the consignee.
  • Weldmate will not replace or accept a return once the package has been signed for and accepted. Accepting an LTL/freight delivery is considered full acceptance in the condition received.
  • If a shipment is refused due to damage, please contact Weldmate immediately. A re-shipment will then be processed. If a shipment is signed for and damage is later discovered, a standard damage claim must be filed and processed fully before a reshipment is created. No credit will be given.
    International Shipping
  • Weldmate does not ship internationally at this time. For orders outside of the India, all shipping arrangements and charges are the responsibility of the receiver.   • Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST cannot be guaranteed same day processing.
  • Business days do not typically include weekends; however Standard Shipping Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.
  • Your order may not be eligible for the shipping estimates shown in the Outbound View Map shown below due to size, weight quantities, stock levels, delivery address or vendor constraints.
  • While most items ship same day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. EST, some vendors, shipping locations and non-stock items may require additional processing time. As soon as your order is processed, you will be updated with news of any extended backorder or if there are other issues with the order.   • Lost Package?
    In the event that your package is lost in transit by the carrier, or is marked as delivered and unable to be located, please contact Weldmate immediately. A representative will walk you through the appropriate steps to locate your package. If it is unable to be located, Weldmate will assist in filing a lost package claim. Once the claim is filed, an investigation will be initiated. Once the investigation is complete we will reship a new order. Weldmate does not offer refunds for lost shipments, and reshipped orders cannot be returned.

    Does weldmate.in offer 2-day shipping?
    Weldmate.in orders of Rs. 5000 or more delivering to the following states will qualify for 2-day shipping once the order is processed and picked up by the delivery carrier: Punjab,HP,Haryana,Delhi,Rajasthan,Chandigarh Orders under Rs. 5000 will be charged for shipping but will still qualify for the 2-day shipping if the delivery address is in the aforementioned states. If your delivery state is not listed above, please feel free to refer to our Outbound View and see the estimated shipping time for your order.     Where can I ship my weldmate.in order?
    Weldmate.in orders can be shipped to any states within India. Shipping few destinations may affect estimated delivery times: International shipping is available to few countries through Weldmate.in. To calculate shipping costs for items shipping to other countries, please contact support@weldmate.in. Weldmate is not responsible for any duties or import fees that may be assessed to your delivery. Please contact your local government for details. If you are an international customer located in any country please send an email to support@weldmate.in along with any part numbers that you would like to purchase. Weldmate.in requires that every international order be paid via wire transfer. We also require that the customer arranges and pays for all shipping and duties charges associated with the order.
    If the item I ordered was in stock, why has my order not been shipped?
    Product Availability
  • If an item is in stock at the time of purchase, weldmate.in will typically ship the item out the same day, providing that the item was ordered prior to 3 p.m. IST.
  • During holidays, special and exclusive promotion events, or due to other factors some “in stock” or “common stock” items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will be reflected in an email sent notifying you that your order will shipping within a certain number of business days.
  • If your order included an item that was in stock at the time of purchase you may have added another item that is not in stock may be delaying the order from shipping. Weldmate.in will not typically split-ship an order, but rather ship complete. If you would like to have your order split shipped, you may be charged a Rs.300 split-ship fee depending on the items in your order & separate shipping fee for all individual consignment.   • What delivery options do you offer for larger machines and heavier items?
    Larger machines and heavier items will ship via freight truck loaded on a pallet. The freight line will contact you a day prior to delivery to ensure that you will be able to receive your shipment. If you do not have a forklift at your commercial address or are unable to get a freight shipment off of the truck at your home, you may need to purchase additional crane/forklift service. Forklift/crane service will get your shipment off of the truck and onto the ground. Please be sure to inspect for any damage prior to signing for your shipment. If the shipment is damage and it is signed for by the end user, weldmate cannot accept liability for the shipment.
    Am I able to pick up my order at a courier facility?

    How are shipping charges calculated for weldmate?
    Weldmate.in orders of Rs.5000 or more within India are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping. Orders under Rs.5000 will be charged for shipping. To calculate the shipping fee for your order, add the items to you cart and type in your Pin code before clicking the “Update Cart” button. This is calculated on a “per order” basis and includes shipping, order processing, item selection, and packing costs. Additional shipping charges or an increased shipping rate may apply for the following scenarios:
  • You have upgraded to Express shipping.
  • Your delivery address outside india.
  • Your estimated shipping and taxes will be listed in checkout before you place your order. During checkout, your shipping or taxes may recalculate based on your delivery address and local tax codes. If you have a personal or business shipper number that you would like to use for your shipment, please feel free to contact a Weldmate.in representative to update the shipping method for your order
  • Can I ship my weldmate.in order to multiple addresses?
    To ship items to more than one address, please create a separate order for each shipping address.
